BRG is led by Erica Kachmarsky, MA, a leader in historic preservation with over 18 years of experience in providing consulting services to owners, communities, and agencies tasked with protecting historic resources. Kachmarsky founded BRG as a sole proprietorship to more directly and efficiently serve the needs of clients and resources. Through BRG, Kachmarsky provides the full spectrum of research, documentation, and preservation planning applicable to historic properties, including applications and nominations for designations and financial incentives, maintenance and rehabilitation treatment plans, environmental compliance and mitigation strategy, and facility planning.
